Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for the DentaBook application (the “Service”). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service.

1. Free trial

New clinics may receive a free trial period (currently 30 days) with no charge. You are under no obligation to subscribe during or after the trial. When the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

2. Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and are billed in advance for each period.
  • Billing is arranged directly between you and us. Fees are exclusive of any taxes or transfer charges unless stated otherwise.
  • Access to the Service depends on maintaining an active subscription after any trial.

3. Prices may change

Our prices are subject to change and may increase. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of a change to your subscription fee before it takes effect (for example, before your next renewal). If you continue using the Service after a price change takes effect, you accept the new price. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it takes effect (see Section 4). See the Terms of Service for full details.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the details below. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless we agree otherwise or the law requires it, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing, all fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or periods during which you did not use the Service. We may, entirely at our discretion, choose to offer a refund or credit in individual cases; doing so once does not obligate us to do so again.

6. Missed payments, grace period, and account lock

If a subscription payment is not received when due, your account may enter a short grace period (currently 3 days). If payment is still not received after the grace period, the account may be locked, which restricts access to most features until payment is made. Locking your account does not immediately delete your data, your records are retained for a period so you can restore access by paying, as described in our Terms and Privacy Policy.

7. How to cancel or ask about billing
